The rates including:
- Government Tax and service charge.
- 6 Time a week housekeeping cleaning & linen change. Everyday towels and beach towels (2 pcs. Per Apt.)
- Tap Water expenses

The rates not including:
- Electricity expenses. In order to avoid claims due to possible carelessness of our staff, electricity expenses are included up to 500.- THB per month, further consume will be charged @ 5.- THB per unit
- Dish washing and kitchen cleaning. (special deal directly with the maids are allowed)

Remarks:
- All the above prices are in Euro for a minimum stay of 30 days , please contact us for long term quotations.
- For sojourn shorter then 3 months , the above prices are subject to 40,- Euro per day surcharge during the    period 20/12/08 ~ 10/01/09 .
- Final payment plus 100,- Euro refundable deposit is due and payable immediately at your arrival .
- The lift operate only from 1 st November until 30 April.
- Telephone operate only for incoming calls and room to room calls. For additional function contact the management.

Payments:
- 40% deposit is due on booking. Final payment plus 100,- Euro refundable deposit is due and payable immediately at your arrival .
- We accept ONLY CASH, also in approved foreign currency and/or Money Order. 
- For Regular Price customers, payments must be done on your arrival and it's subject to1 month rent deposit plus 1 month anticipate rental fee charged throughout the term of the contract.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations shall only be valid if received in writing by “Golden Palms Residence Co., Lt. – 154/8 Nanai Road – T. Patong A. Kathu – Phuket 83150 Thailand” and the following refunds on your deposit, calculated as from the date of receipt, will be made:

  • 60 days prior arrival FULL DEPOSIT REFUND.
  • 59 days to 30 days prior arrival 50% DEPOSIT REFUND
  • 29 days to 15 days prior arrival 15% DEPOSIT REFUND
  • 14 days prior arrival or No Show NO DEPOSIT REFUND.
  • 30 days prior arrival during Peak Season NO DEPOSIT REFUND.
  • Sojourn interruption/No Show NO DEPOSIT REFUND.

Please note that bank expenses and service charges will be deducted from the deposit .
